Strongsville, Ohio — September 11, 2025 — The Strongsville GOP condemns failed U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown for refusing to rescind his endorsement of Fairview Park City Council President Michael Kilbane or demand his resignation. After Charlie Kirk’s death, Kilbane posted, “A lot of good people died today. He wasn’t one of them.” That is indecent, dehumanizing, and disqualifying for anyone holding public office in Ohio.
Brown backed Kilbane and now hides from accountability. His refusal to act proves he’s aligned with the radical left wing of the Democrat Party and is simply too radical for Ohio. Leadership means drawing a bright line—Brown won’t. Ohio deserves better than a far‑left activist who excuses this behavior. Does Sherrod Brown Support Political Violence?
